DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
No. You are able to complete your account through guest checkout.

ORDERS & TRACKING
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow one to two business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information so you may track the package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive to you from the day your order is shipped.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we offer standard and express shipping options to most countries. For more information about international shipping, visit https://harperchase.com/pages/international
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Yes, on certain purchase's if the change is made within 12 hours of order placement.
Please note, HARPER CHASE orders begin processing as soon as submitted and typically cannot be stopped or changed. However, once your order has shipped, if you need to edit or correct any address information, we recommend reaching out directly to the shipping carrier. Please note that modifying addresses or shipping methods can significantly impact the delivery processing time(s) and may incur fees, which are paid by the customer directly to the carrier.

MY PACKAGE IS MISSING, PLEASE ADVISE?
Please contact us if you have not received your Delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would be happy to assist.
PAYMENTS
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Your card will be charged once your has been placed. You can also choose to pay through Shop Pay, Affirm, or use Apple Pay with your integrated payment solution at checkout.
WHAT IS AFFIRM FINANCING WITH APPLE PAY?

HOW DO I GET HARPER CHASE DISCOUNTS?
The easiest way to make sure you're on top of all of our best deals is to open a HARPER CASE customer account, and opt into HARPER CHASE marketing communications. A HARPER CHASE profile is free, and you'll be the first to hear about exclusive offers and sales—including discounts. Please remember that only discounts provided directly by HARPER CHASE are valid.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
HOW DO I ENROLL FOR A MONTHLY PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION?
You will have an option at checkout to enroll your elgible product's into a monthly subscription. Certain products may not be elgilble, and will not offer an enrollment opition.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MONTHLY PRODUCT SUBSCRIPTION?
You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime, just login to your account and go to payment area to opt-out. All billing will cease immediately upon your opt-out.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCING FOR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
No. Affirm, nor Klarna is offered available for our monthly subscription program.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
At this time we are not able to offer exchanges. We recommend requesting a return for the item you'd like to return at customersupport@harperchase.com and placing a new order for the new item. Once your return is received at our warehouse and processed, you will receive a refund back to your original payment method.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGE?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to customersupport@harperchase.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 90 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
