1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received it

Returned with all original tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund but could qualify for store credit at our discretion.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:

Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

Pack the item securely with the RA number included inside the package.

Ship the item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2– 5 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or style are offered when available. Email us with your order details, and we’ll help process the exchange once your return arrives.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
6. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale (such as clearance or deeply discounted products) cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
7. Return Shipping Responsibility
Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense unless otherwise approved by our support team for defects or errors on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
